This is the heart of PKJ Training Factory: a live one-on-one video session, one full hour, and my complete attention on you and only you. No crowded gym, no audience, no comparing yourself to the person three machines over. Just focused, intentional coaching built for your body, from wherever you train.

Every session is hand-written the night before — I think about how your last hour went, what your week threw at you, and what your body is ready for next. We train movement before we chase numbers, because good form is what keeps you in the game for years, not weeks. Expect strength work, mobility, conditioning, and steady accountability that never tips into yelling.

This is for the person who is tired of feeling lost in a big-box gym and wants to be genuinely seen. You'll leave each hour a little stronger in the body and a lot steadier in the mind.

The Glow Reset is my signature 30-day program for the person who keeps catching the mirror and thinking 'where has the time gone?' It's a full reset of mind and body — built on the belief that a changed mindset changes everything else downstream.

Across 30 days we pair private training sessions with simple, sustainable nutrition habits and a daily discipline practice that feeds the spirit, not just the muscles. No starvation, no punishment, no 'earn your food' nonsense. We rebuild the relationship between you and your own reflection.

By the end, most people don't just look different — they carry themselves differently. The goal is the glow that comes from doing hard things on purpose and finally believing you're worth the effort.

Online Coaching

Training on your own time? Online coaching brings the same hand-written, faith-fueled programming straight to you, wherever you are. You get a plan built for your equipment, your schedule, and your real life.

We stay connected through check-ins so I can adjust your training as your body and week change — because a plan that never flexes is a plan you'll quit. You move on your time; I keep the standard high and the accountability warm.

It's ideal for the busy traveler, the caregiver with unpredictable hours, or anyone who wants my eyes on their training without a commute. Same heart, longer reach.

Transformation Programs

Some goals need more than a month. Transformation Programs run 12 weeks and are built for deep, lasting change — the kind where you rebuild the body and the belief at the same time. This is the long-haul commitment for people ready to do the real work.

We progress your training in deliberate phases so strength, endurance, and confidence stack instead of stall. Nutrition guidance and mindset work run alongside the lifting the whole way through. You'll have milestones to hit and a coach who notices when you do.

This is for the person who has tried quick fixes and is done with them. Twelve weeks of showing up, on purpose, until the changed mindset becomes a changed life.

Nutrition Planning

You cannot out-train a plate you dread. Nutrition Planning at PKJ is about real food for real life — meals you can actually prep around kids, caregiving, and a full calendar. No fad diets, no cutting out entire food groups, no shame.

We build simple targets and a rhythm you can keep: what to eat, roughly how much, and how to set yourself up so the healthy choice is the easy one. I'll point you to my free nutrition calculator to find your starting numbers, then we personalize from there.

The aim isn't a perfect week — it's a sustainable default. Fuel that supports your training, your energy, and the life you're trying to live.
